Contrarian is a way to easily dismiss an argument. It's implying that you have no rationale for your argument and you are only taking it because it is "contrary" to the popular opinion.

They mix up this shit to keep you insulted, confused, the feeling they are going for when you aren't getting mad is sorta like, 'But i am not a Contrarian or a Nazi or Anti-vax, etc.' they want to create a sort cognitive dissonance within you to set you up for easy gotchas further down the line that make you even more confused. Another thing would be that they keep making up/recycling names or phrases ever so often so the NPCs have ammo to disregard anything you are saying. With your initial response being weak or confused the NPC will register the 'Gotcha' and apply the 'feeling' of that gotcha to anything you might potentially say in the future. We are at a point when where you would BTFO the 'Gotcha' the NPC will hate or resent you because somehow the retards core beliefs are easily programmable. I also believe than almost NOONE is immune to ALL sorts of propaganda, psy-op or mental manipulation there is bound to be one or another way of changing your mind about things.
