At what point does it matter? How many years can your body keep doing this before something goes haywire? Does it increase your risk of heart attack or cancer? You literally have these potential problem for life because this was gene therapy and not like regular vaccinations.

Those are not mutually exclusive. You can be perfectly fine and it's not all schizo. Which is the most likely thing.
Some people were given saline because important data needed to be collected on safety. Everyone clearly reacts differently to the shots, some people die soon after, some die after a few weeks but before becoming "fully immune" (these deaths counted as unvaccinated deaths by the way), some people don't seem to die from it at all. You're likely going to be in the same boat as most people. You'll just have a weaker immune system and will need jabs on the regular or you'll be more likely to die from a sniffle.
