You have some right to be mistrustful. Tuskeegee happened. Medical ethics can be breached. I just don't see much that constitutes biological weapons creation yet. The fact Russian media keeps claiming biological weapons AND that the labs were "secret" leaves me doubtful too. If more evidence is presented to the end of these labs developing new strains, modifying existing ones, creating a delivery system, etc. then I'll take it more credulously.
