Welcome to /SIG/, a classic staple not only of Any Forums, but all of Any Forums. This is political because many of the established forces want you weak, undisciplined, and unable to forge your own destiny. Will you be an endless consumer doomed to become a couch potato that believes everything on television? Or will you RISE to meet the challenges of each and every day. it is imperative for each and every one of you to exercise at least 4 times a week and reject degenerate fatty foods. Stop making excuses and DO THAT THING YOU WERE PUTTING OFF.
Read books. Do your own research with alternative search engines or physical libraries. Question everything you see on television. Assume a motive for everything. Trust yourself and very few others. Listen to music that inspires you, not music that demoralizes you. Work on a skill, a trade, a craft. MASTER YOUR CRAFT. MASTER YOUR MIND.
Do not ever assume that things will magically work out. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. You will end up sucking cocks for cash and shooting heroin under a bridge if you do not develop realistic and tangible plans to become who you were destined to be. If you see a SIG thread that promotes degeneracy, then it isn't legitimate. BE STRONGER IN MIND AND BODY.
You are worthy of more. You deserve more. Do it. Realize your full potential with the hybridization of knowledge, willpower, discipline, and excellence. If you are at that point in your life, consider building a legacy. This can be via family or even a business. ESTABLISH YOUR DOMINANCE. ESTABLISH YOUR LIFE.
Seriously though. Lots of overweight people loose a shit ton of weight by cutting out snacks then they plateau. Calculate your TDEE then eat less. It's that easy
Ryan Nelson
>Calculate your TDEE then eat less. It's that easy Or workout more.
Parker Miller
1. Stop eating 2. Only eat foods that come straight from the earth and also avoid seasoning your meat. This means nothing with seed/vegetable oils in it, onions/onions lecithin or onions extract proteins, no bioengineered food, preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. (you get the point)
Essentially doing the opposite of everything I’ve said is 100% how you got fat in the first place. You must be hard like Kruppe Steel you’re aryan never forget that don’t let these hebes poison you brother
Wyatt Campbell
Damn fucking autocorrect what I meant to say on point 1. was don’t eat so much and on two avoid onions and onions extracts
Eli Price
You can't outrun your calories. Saying exercise more when someone is probably eating almost 3k calories a day is useless
Andrew James
Seasoning your food and having artificial stuff in it are completely different. Man won't get fat over some chilli flakes
Hudson Rivera
I meant Onions god damn it
Carter Young
>You can't outrun your calories You literally can. It's just Cal in vs Cal out, like you said
David Wright
It’s still something best to avoid. That and using nonstick pans. Part of losing weight is also controlling hormones and the chemicals kikes put in modern food not only make you fat but they change your physical appearance these chemicals alter your DNA
Christian Wilson
>It’s still something best to avoid You might have autism
Do you know how much it takes just to burn 300kcals? Working out is good to add some extra burn but you can't eat like you usually do and just work out and expect it to make more than a 5-10lb difference. Even that would take a year or two. What are you talking about? Best to avoid? Have you ever used spices? They're just ground up chillis and shit. Most are so easy to make that there's nothing added. You can just check the label. Yes, he should avoid shit with addictive chemicals but that's not what onions or spices and herbs are. Americans ffs
Kayden Bailey
Yeah, Americans don't know much about... well, anything. He probably thinks about salt. I just dehydrate garlic and habaneros, grind them up, and add them to whatever I'm having. But I've been working to expand this. I've got a few herbs growing to make an Italian spice mixture. I'm very excited about this. Healthy food can taste good, user.

>He probably thinks about salt. He probably thinks this is about salt*
