Putin is inevitably going to win but it's taking longer than expected because the entire western world is continuously supplying Ukraine with weapons. The war is a lost cause for Ukraine but the West is trying to drag the conflict out because they hope the economic and political instability caused by the sanctions on Russia will overthrow Putin and put an end to it that way
