I don't exactly understand why every government in the world has fucking biolabs where they research and play around with deadly pathogens and shit, I've always found it incredibly stupid. We've had plenty of leaks intentional or otherwise even inside the US, shit is pretty fucked up. I would say the fog of war is pretty thick right now though.
