Ok so looks like Kyiv may be besieged but Ukrainians are capable of defending at least the western flank of the city (the more important part where they receive supplies). Russians don't have the manpower to achieve their goals but they may simply hold on for a few months and then crush Ukrainians with numerical advantage. But that's what I read about the military side. No one can tell me if Russians can even support the war effort for a few months. Maybe they'll be like "ok lift the sanctions, give as a passage to Crimea in the east, a few more things, we'll forget about some of our demands and we're gonna say we won and get back home"
