Listen here Jack, I'm gonna set you straight. I'll only say this once so listen up, Fat. There are no biolabs. Let me repeat myself, THERE ARE NO BIOLABS. This is straight outta Putin's playbook. Look, here's the deal, Slick. I used to know a guy, went by the name Cornflake Jackson. Ol' Cornflake used to play guitar down at the pool hall. One day he started talking bout how there weren't no WMDs in Iraq. Later turned out Putin snuck Novichok into his mornin' coffee. Poor Cornflake didn't think straight for a week. That's how I know you're full of shit. I'd punch your daughter straight in the mouth.

Oxxxymirron, a famous Russian rapper who Vladislav Surkov quoted in his essays and who he might have ghostwritten lyrics for, is hosting a series of anti-war concerts, with the first in Istanbul on the 15th. they are called "RAW: Russians Against War." thoughts?
I personally wonder if this isn't an example of non-linear warfare, something like the Russian government astroturfing opposition in order to influence perceptions of the Russian population worldwide. the choice of Istanbul for the first concert strikes me as significant, given Turkey's apparently friendly diplomatic relations with Russia
lmao its like Russia's policy is to literally just stand back and let the militias do all the work I guess they can claim any civilian casualties that happened there was due to the militias rather than the Russian government itself
They were 12000m yesterday with probing advances to 10000m Your info is old.

it seems like the military offensive kicked back into gear yesterday and we'll start seeing strongholds (Kharkov, Mariupol, Sumy) fall. I wonder what the situation at the nuke power plants is like presently.
>>Zelensky signs law allowing all civilians to carry weapons of war & use them against Russian soldiers I think this complicates a lot Zelensky could also do a better job of diplomacy Why isn't he designating areas for militia to keep them away from citizen areas?
Like if i were him i would try to move non combatants as much as possible in the most defensive areas and make agreements to fight with military / militia combatants for non civilian occupied territories.
Make the agreement that if he can defeat the army or capture territory surrounding the safe zones he will have to surrender
And i would meanwhile move as many civilians (non participants) out of Ukranian borders in general.
Just my 2c idk if it's worth anything

Here This is not true, it is true only for the most irrelevant ethnicities. Georgia was the only ancient monarchy recognized by Apostolic succession that Russia absorbed, this was potential danger because it would mean that Georgians would always ideologically consider themselves to be not only a separate ethnicity but a separate KINGDOM. Because of this Russians did this >On 18 July 1811, the ancient autocephalous status of the Georgian Church which takes its roots in 4th century AD was abolished by the Russian Empire, despite strong opposition in Georgia and this action being against Orthodox church canons. Georgian Church was subjected to the synodical rule of the Russian Orthodox Church and starting from 1817, the metropolitan bishop, or exarch, in charge of the church was an ethnic Russian, with no knowledge of the Georgian language and culture. This kind of decision can be taken only during universal Ecumenical Councils, and ironically enough since Christianity has been in Georgia since 4th century it would count as the elder church on such a council. The Georgian liturgy was suppressed and replaced with Church Slavonic, ancient frescoes were whitewashed from the walls of many churches, and publication of religious literature in Georgian heavily censored. The 19th century was a time of decline and disaffection, as the church buildings often fell into disrepair, and the trust of people in the institution was diminished by its Russification and corruption. Which of course isn't uniquely evil as far as empires go, but it is uniquely a showcase of how any claims of Christian brotherhood is a larp.
curious to see if other Russian rappers/celebrities support this. if so, we'll be able to see if it's a Russian psyop or Soros psyop (whether or not this is a psyop isn't in question imo, just what flavor)
Unironically these pictures speak more to me than anything else. I love cats.

>Zelensky could also do a better job of diplomacy agreed. the question is whether he is merely incompetent and amoral or whether he is acting as an agent of another power. i'd say the second is more likely considering his professional history. which power? NATO, Israel and Russia are the three options here in my opinion.

I'm not going to argue about whether the Russian Empire was the bad guy or not, you have to take things as they exist now When Russia cross the Volga and started annexing land in northern Asia, they expanded the Russian ethnicity to the people they conquered and Russified That was primarily Finno-Ugric peoples who then admixed back into the Russian population forming the current Slavic-Baltic-Finnic mixture that comprises most Russians Dugin is trying to pivot the Russian identity into one separate from Europe as a way of neutralizing the Europhile westernizers, and also to give the Russians a third position ideology without the baggage of WW2. And given the genetic evidence Russians do have a basis for adopting an extra-European identity
Tanks don't die that fast just because they're on fire. It still works but needs some fire extinguisher treatment and small repairs. But don't worry, they got mechanics in the field.

i thought it was 1 general confirmed dead and another wounded.
an interesting part of this conflict has been how it has revived some aspects of "Kremlinology," the shit where western spooks would analyze the seating charts of Russian generals and ministers at parades and stuff. people speculating about Putin's state of mind, generals getting purged etc is an updated version of what war geeks and glowing analysts were talking about in the 60s 70s and 80s
the whole "FSB leaks" thing (there have been what, 2 or 3 now?) is hilarious because blue checks and redditors seem to not understand that they are blatantly fake misdirection. crazy how susceptible to propaganda people are. "Russian generals calling for Putin to step down, according to anonymous email sent to race car driver" lol seems legit

>Russia does not have much time, you know? I doubt that's the case. They've apparently been preparing for this for a while. The biggest risk is likely internal discontent, but their Chinese friends are rather good at managing that. >I'm not sure about the Russian coffres but without their gold coffres in switzerland, well... Russia's an export-heavy country, they have a huge trade surplus. That's gonna take some of a hit but a lot will be funnelled and laundered through China. As for gold, they've been making trade deals in gold for the last decade or so, building up local reserves. They'll hold on to as much as possible but it's there if they need it. >This is 10 times worse than Afghanistan economically. Not really. The USSR was effectively already under global sanctions for most of its existence, outside the soviet bloc, and we have an equivalent (tho slightly smaller in global terms) economic bloc forming now with China and the BRICs nations. >They have to go full blitzkrieg mode or the general economy will collapse I don't agree. They probably can't afford for this to last decades, but up to a year or so they can probably handle fine.
There is no good way to translate those so people exercise in making the most ridiculous literal translations for fun. Бaзa or бaзoвый is a common enough version of based.
This kiddo should be happy, two more years and Ukraine wouldn't let him go. They'd give him a kalashnikov with 3 mags instead and tell him to fight the Russian army.

It's pretty impressive from a tactical standpoint, two tanks and 2 platoons routing an entire column but expected because Russian morale is very low, such is the state of conscripts in offensive milutary ops I'm just trying to create a non-biased k/d ratio of both sides, it's much harder on the ukrainian side because Russian soldiers don't have phones currently, I place Russian casualties at 4500-5500 and their captured at 2K which is weird because nomally a different percentage. Using a datamining model (linear regression) I know that if Ukies captured 2K, Russian losses are at 11k thousand If 4500-5500 Russian soldiers died, Russian captured are around 500-730. could be both are inaccurate, any opinions on the current K/D of both sides?
Exactly as planned Ukrainian counter Kotyl incoming

>Russian military sources say that the Ukrainian army is now running out of drones.
>Ukraine has now again (for the second time) run out of Bayraktar TB2 drones. Nearly all of them were reportedly shot down with others being out of order due to improper operation.
>Turks delivered another batch to the polish border one week ago from where it was then transported into Ukraine via land vehicles. However, not one TB2 from the new batch achieved a hit on russian forces — all of them were shot down by Tor M2. Ukrainian military has started using soviet drones, pieces of amazing engineering from the 70s that belong to the museum. This points to the desperation of their depleted means at the moment. The Soviet Tu-141 Strizh began to be actively used. One of them was shot down over Crimea and another one flew to the territory of Croatia. 50+ year old drones making their way through 2 nato countries airspace’s undetected should be pretty alarming. (Photo is for illustration purposes)
