No, in actual fact it's a thinly veiled retelling of the 1st Century AD and the coming of Jesus (prequel trilogy), Jesus and God being defeated by Satan and Azazel (main trilogy) and Gnosticism (sequel trilogy)
The prequel trilogy starts with a child miraculously conceived, prophesied to come, talks to the temple elders as a child, storms the same temple as an adult, is disturbed by everyone's lack of faith, is motivated by love, is involved with Mary of the Migdal (Padme Amidala). He is mentored by an evil God figure, Senator Palpatine. He wishes to be a Jedi (a Jew, latinized from Yehudi) but is kept out of the club initially. Order 66 references 66AD, the start of the Jewish War and the ultimate scattering of the Jews (Jedi). One of the Jedi ends up on Dagobah, some of the Jews ended up in Degehabur in Ethiopia.
Rogue One features the destruction of Masada, or Jeddah as they call it. Complete with an Eleazar figure in Forrest Whittaker's character.
The main trilogy has Luke (Lucifer/Shemyaza) and Han (Azazel/the Dajjal), complete with the Dajjal's furry companion Chewie (Al-Jassassah) taking on Evil Jesus Anakin Vader and God Palpatine. As ever Azazel is the skilled warrior and agent of chaos who clears the path for Lucifer, once taking out Vader's TIE fighter and then taking out the Death Star shield. The last trilogy is the second coming of Jesus (Kylo Ren) come to "finish what you (Vader) started" as he tells Vader's battered helmet. He has a fiery cross this time. He also has the Roman Catholic Church, or the First Order as it's called, complete with Inquisitors. However he meets the Gnostic Archon Sophia, here called Rey, forms a Dyad with her, defeats God.
