Well this is a dumb thread. Folk music. Every "white" country has folk music, with people dancing and having fun in the streets and squares, listening to ancestral rhythms. It's non-commercial mass entertainment So do the Asian countries. Even famously reserved Japan can be a total riot in summer dance festivals. And the spic countries And the African countries. And then there's country and bluegrass in the USA.
