Best case scenario Russia's economy is fucked, which will effect no one apart from Russians and we will just forget about it, like every major conflict in the past 10 years. Or worst-case scenario the US will sell billions of dollars worth of military equipment to amend the "Russian threat" and again nothing will happen and forget about it.
