Hungary claims they detected it and thought it was harmless. Romania says they detected it, but didn't have time to scramble. Westie news are mostly not reporting it, probably to avoid embarassment.

Romania detected it, but it only stayed in Romanian airspace for less than 3 minutes. They also detected that it's not a missile so our PAC-3 didn't give a shit.
Airspace intrustions don't normally happen in this part of the world. I'm 95% sure that this was pure laziness, negligence and people thinking "no one would ever attack NATO".
