Do Americans have any idea how hated they are outside of their own country?

Americans tend to be extremely ignorant because of this. The fact is though that most Americans today are fat, they're dumb as fuck and their country is run by the richest 1%. People think they have democracy, but once elected, the politicians loyalty lies with their donors, not with the people. But the American is too fucking dumb to understand this.
What we're seeing now is Russia, China and India moving away from American dominance, to create their own playing field. While European countries remain America's lapdog.
I hate Americans so fucking much I would gladly kill them if I had a chance. I look forward to the day the US is beaten militarily, and to see the dumb faces of Americans suddenly realizing their country isn't the only country in the world that matters anymore.
This may not have been true even 10 years ago but no foreigners could possibly hate our government more than Americans themselves at the current point. Notice how all non obvious shills here in the US are loudly cheering for Russia here.

americans arent one person. neither are russians, or ukranians. i have no chance of reforming my government as you would have yours. the protests in the streets over both iraq wars were massive, for a year or more people stood outside government complexes. did nothing.

1) America you okay? Doesn't look like it's going so well over there. 2) Not much USA USA USA anymore coming from the Americans. 3) Places like China and Russia making people be like "Oh right they were better than the alternatives weren't they?"
Seriously though maybe just let them fight amongst themselves for a while rather than trying to incite, pretty sure they're going to do a better job beating themselves up than you would anyway. Any successful propaganda coming out of America's enemies is stuff that America would have hated itself for eventually anyway, a lot of these problems are based in the reality of a system that just isn't working that well anymore.

What else can we add to this list? DEATH to America. Everyone with half a brain hates them. The only Americans who don't deserve rope are the ones who see their country for what it is. A giant arena full of mindless, soulless, cattle ruled by the most psychopathic vampires to ever exist. Their nation is a shithole and single handedly responsible for the turmoil in this world. I hope Russia nukes them. I want to see the streets of America run red and cleansed with hellfire and their god damn blood.
