did you run the morse through an online morse decoder?

The first portion untill the first 97 is from trying to decode the demonic sounding stuff, but it was usseless
the 1 197 197 197 pattern, stayed for a while, and it was clearly manual, untill, i think EE, then it went automatic, clearly sent by a computer
The interesting portion, i find is "31:47" If this is just straight up not encrypted, it either means in 30 minutes, or in 31 hours something will happen
or 30 minutes/hours have passed
