I lost 30 lbs in a month eating plain oatmeal, celery sticks and then a normal dinner but just really small portions. I even had a sugary drink 3 or 4 times a week. After 1 week you just adapt and the pounds start dropping.

I have never been healthier than when I fasted for 168 hours (7 days) straight, went keto, and fasted randomly for 48 hour intervals. 4 months and I lost 35 pounds, had more energy, slept better, had better posture, and had more confidence and therefore more sex than ever before.

And then the plandemic happened and I got lazy and it turned my health is shit.

Scientists now believe that Ketosis, which is the body state that utilizes stored fat for energy, is the natural state of the human body. We've always treated it as a special condition, but it's the other way around. When not in ketosis, the body doesn't consume stored fat. It eats away at consumed carbs instead. The reason everyone is so fucking fat is because the body isn't working like it should. It's not designed for heavy carb loads. There would be zero fat people right now if we never started making overprocessed foods and drinks. Because their bodies would be eating away at the fat, and calorie intake wouldn't even be a topic of discussion.

This is what they teach in American schools. Note that the "cereals" is commonly assumed to mean the extremely high sugar cereals that we have whole isles of. Most Americans you ask will probably think all fat is bad.

Amerimutt food has insane amounts of food. I grew up overseas and was actually shocked to see how hard it is to cut added sugar, fucking saltine crackers, plain water crackers, have sugar in them here.

They’re more active and the rice isn’t stripped of its nutrients. They also eat much less in a day.

That said, most Asians are chubby now thanks to Western diet and globalisation. Every culture looks skinny if you only look at models.

I tried to keto for 2 months while I was already fit and I got verifiable data that it hurt my performance. Peak power dropped by like 20% on my bike...lifting slightly suffered as well. I also felt like shit the entire time. Everything went back to normal when I ate enough carbs again.
