The russian state and the "Alternative Right" are part of the Eurasian Conspiracy of which Alexander Dugin is the mind.
It stands in continuation to the Soviet long-term strategy as described by KGB-deflector Yuri Bezmenov in the 1980s.
Soviet intelligence, which was controlled by the international m*s*nic lodge "Joseph de Maistre", helped establishing the Cultural Marxist movements in the West during the Cold War.

As described by fr**m*son Gioele Magaldi "esoterically" and the economist Anthony C. Sutton "exoterically", the cold war was a largely orchestrated game played between aristocratic factions of world masonry, the purpose of which was the fortification of the "military-industrial complex" and the breeding of sophisticated financial talent ("alchemy of finance").

When most of the transnational lodges agreed in 1981 upon the need for the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the cold war was brought to an end by a steady stream of intelligence projects, including the setup of the polish pope Wojtyla as a propaganda tool against the Soviet Union, and the liquidation of resistant soviet leaders. A transnational lodge, "Golden Eurasia", that had been used so far as a bridge between Soviet and Western "intellectuals", was prepped up to replace the hegemony of "Joseph de Maistre" as the significant occult force behind the SU.

The so-called "collapse of the Soviet Union" was, however, only diversionary. As the "Eastern" occult architecture remained and "Western" aristocrats began advertising globalist humanism in the 1990s and 2000s, the ground was paved for a resurgence of the Eastern idea as an antithesis to Western political correctness. The idea was to cultivate a "sidestream" parallel to the mainstream, which should unite all dissident people, especially in Europe, into a parallel society with its own form of media, language (meme culture), and currency (crypto). This society should be entertained by the occult cryptocracy and, once the Western European/North American failure becomes overt, the alternative sidestream should become the mainstream as part of the New Eurasian Order.

I have been cultivating this small and fruitious conspiracy theory in my garden not that long ago. It doesn't grow, but it is neat to behold. Alexander Dugin reveres traditionalist philosophers and esotericists like René Guénon and Julius Evola. A lot about it can be read in the essay "Occult dissident culture - The case of Alexander Dugin" that appeared on the blog "Fitzpatrick Informer". For some reason, I often remember the following part:
"In the first chapter of this book, Dugin argues that what Guénon really developed was a form of language, a “meta-language”—in fact, though Dugin does not use the word, a sort of dialectic. Guénon’s distinction between modernity and tradition is, Dugin argues, as fundamental as Marx’s distinction between labor and capital, but “even more fundamental, even more radical.”

Guénon’s dialectic has to be used, however, not merely repeated, and Dugin is highly critical of Western Traditionalists for simply repeating Guénon with “very small deviations,” which he sees as “a kind of intellectual hobby” like stamp-collecting, or a form of sadomasochism. [...]
Dugin argues instead for what he calls “Post-Guénonianism,” the application of Guénon’s dialectic to changing and developing circumstances, which is necessary since “the modern world is degrading. As a set of anomalies, it is going from bad to worse.” This application allows, for example, the realization that “Soviet or Chinese communism contains more elements of the language of Tradition (however paradoxical and contradictory in expression) than modern Protestant theology.” (68) Post-Guénonianism is, according to Dugin, essential:
"All the events around us (the crash of the ruble, military conflict, a government’s resignation, new discoveries in archeology) are the struggle between two opposing camps. One pole: a tiny Post-Guénonian camp, almost non-existent, like a grain of sand in the desert. The other: a giant liberal camp, the language of modernity, which claims global supremacy."
As a result:
"Implementation of the Post-Guénonian program is the single main state, national, social and cultural challenge. We have only one author, who must be read: René Guénon. We have only one objective: to understand what he meant to do. His thinking is our way of thinking, his language is our language… Without this, any change of government, any disaster and any social changes (even if positive) are metaphysically zero, because without Post-Guénonianism there is no spirituality, no social justice, no life–nothing." "
