Welcome to /SIG/, a classic staple not only of Any Forums, but all of Any Forums. This is political because many of the established forces want you weak, undisciplined, and unable to forge your own destiny. Will you be an endless consumer doomed to become a couch potato that believes everything on television? Or will you RISE to meet the challenges of each and every day. it is imperative for each and every one of you to exercise at least 4 times a week and reject degenerate fatty foods. Stop making excuses and DO THAT THING YOU WERE PUTTING OFF.
Read books. Do your own research with alternative search engines or physical libraries. Question everything you see on television. Assume a motive for everything. Trust yourself and very few others. Listen to music that inspires you, not music that demoralizes you. Work on a skill, a trade, a craft. MASTER YOUR CRAFT. MASTER YOUR MIND.
Do not ever assume that things will magically work out. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. You will end up sucking cocks for cash and shooting heroin under a bridge if you do not develop realistic and tangible plans to become who you were destined to be. If you see a SIG thread that promotes degeneracy, then it isn't legitimate. BE STRONGER IN MIND AND BODY.
You are worthy of more. You deserve more. Do it. Realize your full potential with the hybridization of knowledge, willpower, discipline, and excellence. If you are at that point in your life, consider building a legacy. This can be via family or even a business. ESTABLISH YOUR DOMINANCE. ESTABLISH YOUR LIFE.
Reading quran daily Memorizing some verses of the quran verbatim (not much though) Working out Doing nofap and dropping porn Taking better care of my dogs Doing physical therapy Dropping television and movies , I just have quran playing in my room 24/7 I quit smoking for the most part
I'd say maybe the only recreational activity I partake in is playing fortnite and websurfing.
One thing I want to do is an electronic detox. Does anyone have any info on that? I'm glued to my cell phone almost 24/7. Another thing I want to do is learn to drink more water. I'd also like to learn an employable skill, I'm currently a neet living with parents.
Any advice?

Remember that self improvement is not about short term motivation, but cultivating sustainable habit and routine.
Start going to bed earlier, go to the gym in the morning, and stop watching and playing trash in the evenings.
>tfw all the girls I end up attracted to are Dark Triad sadists
Jesus Christ this shit sucks man. How to fix this? I just want a high IQ cutie that is loyal and genuinely cares about me. Every time I think I find one it turns out they don't feel anything inside and want to use or manipulate me. Or worse, they enjoy hurting people.
If it was just one time I would shrug it off, but falling for these wastes of space has officially become a trend for me. It fucks me every time
Do you have any qualifications you can build on? I know it's memed but if you're a neet you probably have the resources to get into coding.
Otherwise, getting a fitness instruction qualification is an okay starting point. You can get a part time contract with a chain gym, free membership, and gradually build a brand and some clients.

I have a bachelors degree in history but I shot my career by spending my 20's (I'm 30 now) doing drugs and now I have minimal work experience and a 3 year gap in my CV compared to other people my age. Also no good references. What are good resources to start coding? Can you give me a primer on what thats like?

from what I heard basically everybody lies about their experience with regular code monkey shit and claims they have 10-14 years of experience messing around with code at age 22
when in rome, claim you've been making minor github contributions to hobby projects since you were 10 years old. As long as you're genuinely competent it's not going to matter, since you'll be outperforming retards with "10 years coding experience" no matter what. Just make sure you're competent
