Is it really believable that national socialists would behave this way? Guys who have spent the last 8 years protecting the Ukrainian people of donetsk and mariupol are now suddenly murdering them? It's a ridiculous mischaracterization and serious questions have to be asked about your intelligence if you believe it, especially when there's no evidence at all.
Vatniks are coping over that fact that the civilians are all boarding busses that are going to the western part of Ukraine and not in Russia. So they're shelling them in a way to force them to go in Russia. If Ukrops go to Europe then Russia will find it hard to play the "Ukraine and Russians are one people" card. That's literally it.

That's safety advice, not threatening people to stay. it wasn't safe for people to drive out of the city whilst it was surrounded for obvious reasons. there were several cases of Russian forces (maybe accidently) shooting civilian cars.
