I agree with his actions morally in this one instance and disagree with the actions of the Zelenskyy government in this instance. Also the West blocks Australian sovereignty. Also the West being weaker is good for our sovereignty. Also I will never side with American liberals. To answer your questions more narrowly: -No. Nor do I like American occupation. -No, so I like how hard they've avoided attacking civilians even indirectly. They've mostly managed to keep this an operation and not total war. -No, but I don't mind Muslims, and I don't know enough about Chechens to know if they're rapey. From the articles in 2000, it reads like the Russian army fighting Chechens had the rape problem (although that could be Western propaganda). -No, and I don't think that was the offer to Ukraine. It was more like Russian influence in exchange for lots of free/cheap stuff. And then after Maidan the offer was neutrality + the most heavily Russia enjoying parts of Ukraine. I'm pretty sure the Ukes and the West could agree to building up Ukraine as a prosperous and neutral cunt which isn't trying to deRussify its Russian population and things might be ok. Not totally unreasonable. I mean, I *wish* neutrality was on the cards for Australia. That's a luxury, pie-in-the-sky, dreamer position to our political/military/intelligence people.

i would be glad if russia invaded this shithole and stopped the decadence of our culture due to malign western influence, but besides that, i do not support russia because they are "le based" or some shit like that,i support their war effort because it means the end of the american neoliberal world order; the end of the western hegemony of hard power and thus the end of the progressive hegemony of soft power (wich takes the form of cultural globohomo)
