A fun observation: Sanctions choked Russian opposition hard. People who supported opposition were mainly West-oriented, twitter/ig/twitch content creators, relying on with paypal/swift to make money. They embraced Western values and would support pretty much any movement against Putin and Edinaya Rossiya. Ironically, sanctions hit them the hardest. I already see their narrative changing from "fuck war fuck putin" to "fuck west, just fuck west".
