If you get a maintenance job, those can become pathways to engineering jobs, which pay decent, but you’ll never become rich unless you start your own business.
What you really need to do right now is go and get three secured credit cards, put a few hundred bucks on them each and ALWAYS pay them off, DO NOT over extend yourself. You need to build credit. Work a job for two years and buy property, but only if you can afford it.
Plan for what you want to be doing 5 years from now and start working on your career.
