Don't bet on it. The Poles are probably shitting bricks right now. They ran a wargame simulating a war with Russia a couple of years ago and concluded that Warsaw would fall in just 5 days. Last year they passed legislation to double the size of their military as a result, but haven't really started the process yet. They aren't going to give up any jets unless they already have replacements lined up.
