just cook at home

$50 makes a ton of homemade burgers fren.

american sized portions per person im guessing? so 3 big macs, fries, an ice cream, large drink per person?

You paid for sodium filled nothingness.

>Treat your girl and your friends to a fancy dinner at Mac Donald's.
>To your disgust the price of a quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry, and a shake has gone up to a whopping $12

Do they still have the double cheeseburger and fries $3 deal and the 2 for $7 Big Macs? How the fuck can anyone spend $12.50 at McDonald’s?

this
cook your own burgers ez

Stick with McChicken and small portion fries and drinks. combos are a scam

You could have bought 10kg of rice.

You’re not going to make it to 2030. It’s called the Marshmellow Test, and you’ve failed it repeatedly, your entire life

qrd how is that even possible

Just buy bulk grains and beans from the Mexican store. You save a ridiculous amount of money by purchasing a 50kg sack of raw bulk foods instead of individual meals at restaurants.

For example:

>delayed gratification in a capitalist society like America, with a government who actively pushes instant gratification

you don't understand the U.S and what we actually deal with here. We are in hell

I find it strange the Mexican store is selling bulk bags of Canadian beans.

>canadian lentils exported to mexico sold in the US
interesting

The inflation is really getting to me. I currently have a Ford Ranger, a baby on the way and have no idea what the fuck to do. Shitbox cars from 2003 are going for $6000 and we will eventually need to upgrade to something bigger because this stupid fucking government requires car seats until 8 years old and we want 3 kids. It looks like I'm going to haveto spend $45k on a van.

I'm gonna go back to fasting on weekdays. Gas I can't avoid spending but food I do have control over to an extent.

>no idea what the fuck to do
>but I’m going to have two more children!

It's a complicated choice. Buy shitbox car that I need to sell in a few years anyways, or buy a $40k vehicle now that I'm putting miles on before it's actually needed. I dont know what will cost more in the long term, especially considering my Ranger is worth more than I paid for it 6 years ago. Everything is fucked

How much would a normal meal for 4 be? For context, in my country, getting 4 normal big macs sets would run you around 50 bucks of my country's money. Is fast food really really cheap in the US?

take the minivan pill
embrace your true dad nature

Homemade burgers are way more delicious.

Get an electric vehicle

gas prices are not going to go down, and you can get $5000-$8000 rebate for an EV in Canada.

Take your current fuel costs per month, double them. Will monthly payments on an EV be less than that? If the answer is yes, then you buy an EV today and save money tomorrow.

>b-b-but I hate EV's they are the antichrist!!
Then don't save money you faggot. You'll pay for your stubbornness with real cash. Hope you're ready.
