Are they really the next superpower? Or is it all just paper mache and smoke and mirrors? Can China really be a leader in science and technology and a world leader globally equal to the US? Or will it just be a big ass factory for the west pretending to be strong with stolen technology and slowly crumbling economy?
the amount of coping and seething about china in (((western media))) should give you your answer
Jaxon Ross
Nah china is not gonna do shit after the new islamic state 2.0 launches suicide bomb attacks on pooh
Gavin Hall
As we are seeing with Russia they are not a real threat
Mason Russell
>Are they really the next superpower They practically are a superpower. But they still need to a decade to build up their blue water navy to become a military superpower
Truth is, nobody knows. Especially none of the schizoid retards here. They've still to show their hand. Rest is just media giving you something to feel good about or panic about. Whatevee the flavour is for the day. Just go walk your dog or something. Why should we care?
Josiah Edwards
they are much better at running their country than the west is at running theirs'. they will be the undisputed number 1 by 2050 at the latest.
Hudson Cooper
It’s pretty based - I liked living there as a white guy - made good money and grew my career
Listening to Npc retards in the west smugly attack China (while working meaningless jobs) for banning Facebook and BBC was the first indicator that China was on the right timeline
Ryder Roberts
I'm Chinese, and I'll give you my honest opinion. Not really right now. We still have a long ways to go. There is military tech that the US does better than us, and we need to become more richer.
Aiden Edwards
10 years until this happens. China next world superpower. anybody who says otherwise is a fool.
Yes and no. They have severe demographic problems, rampant corruption, extreme economic inequality, an enormous real estate bubble, environmental pollution, water scarcity, reliance on foreign imports for energy resources, and little or no allies on the world stage. On the other hand, they have the fastest growing economy in the world, rapidly expanding tech sector (space exploration, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, etc.), more STEM graduates than all OECD countries combined, a strong national identity, a highly competent ruling class.
All you need to know about China, you can learn from reading historical and cultural references about Feng Shui. It is an insight into the way their societies function... Particularly that there is a shitload of tall poppy syndrome/nail that sticks out gets hammered down. Village warfare over a neighborhood with a better house orientation for Feng Shui. Mutual grave defacement over ancestral Feng Shui dramas. Even under the CCP now. The Chinese are extremely "tit for tat". Very corrupt, and they defer only to violent power. They would have no issue taking a brutal upper hand in the third world, and absolutely trashing the environment, like they have in their own country, where 80% of the drinking water is completely undrinkable and you can't even give your baby formula because it is full of melamine. Australians know all about that... As for whether they could rule a civilized world? It is extremely unlikely. They, themselves, are ultimately an uncivilized backwater that was handed a printing press. Now the entirety of China is drunk on the prospect of wealth. Kind of like old money vs the noveau riche. China is ngmi.
Austin Davis
Their country has a deadline in that their population is aging. One Chinese is not worth the same as one Westerner, so even if you say they'll still have hundreds of millions of people it's not quite the same as over a billion.
Jeremiah Perez
We can make domestic jet engine, which is an indicator that we caught up, but we are still behind the US.
I think we'll reach parity around 2035-2040. The USA will be less 50% white by then do there is no need to fight
You polacks would literally fuck any women of any race just in order to satisfy yourselves, and that's only goes to show that your racism opinioms are pure LARP.
Caleb Green
>Highly competent ruling class I know meth is legal in ancapistan, but it's not good to smoke meth, man. They're profoundly corrupt as leaders. If they excel at anything, it's being clinically diagnosable narcissists.
Anthony Parker
didnt they just pop their housing bubble on purpose?
Jaxson Johnson
China trolls the world they don't have to settle for goy consumer culture. Consumerism is why Americans are the perfect golem model for every civilization to model control over. Everything they believe is based on a sense that which they can't prove is a lie but a couple of shrooms trips later and they claim to communicate with God. Think about it these dumbasses are able to nuke Japan but their diet consist of McDonald's some random drug and a culture they only implement to substantiate the same ignorance I've been warning them about for ages but hey that's neither here nor there.
Nicholas Miller
No. Hah. It most certainly wasn't on purpose. Do you know what percentage of Chinese wealth is sitting in the housing market? Hint: most of it.
Evan Phillips
Yes. The CCP poped the housing to make house more affordable to boost birth rate. Also china is no longer an export based economy. It's main consumer is itself
Hudson Anderson
>China not a consumer culture. My dude... They are the biggest consooomers on earth, but they just got their very own blank check. You're talking about a culture that can't stop poaching nearly extinct animals for dick powders. If you knew how incredibly greedy they were for money, you'd know it makes kikes blush.
Hunter Long
The corruption index is Improving every year though - which is the opposite of the US, which is declining every year. Will be interesting to see what the US looks like in a couple decades, with its demographic trends
Michael Torres
You’re talking points about TCM are mainly related to obscure boomer-era cultural practices
China today is technocratic - quite different imho
Landon Brown
And yet, it is getting increasingly more corrupt... Reminds me of their hosting of the Olympics or their relationship to the WHO during the beginning of the pandemic. Couldn't be that the index numbers are being fudged along with literally everything else about their economy, government, and culture?
Culture is still the same, with different overlay. I have been there. I work with chinks. I know what they're like. They're all face, no substance. Show CCP flag, shill.
Landon Edwards
Chinks invented the virus to make zoomers stay in home and consoom tiktok everyday to destroy the western core values. Meanwhile, tiktok in China only shows educational and cultural tiktoks to its people. It's a cultural warfare and you're losing.
Ryder Cooper
That's the only way it's even possible. If it's happening, you can bet it's "A Jew in Mao's China".
China is an extremely low trust society. Those yellow niggers can't even trust their escalators. NGMI. No amount of memeing is going to help smooth over their inability to judiciously rule the world. Their hearts are too greedy and corrupt.
Jacob Wilson
I'm sure transparency international is unbiased hah. And I'm also pretty sure 50rmb have been deposited into your account for your efforts.
Nolan Barnes
>muh 3gd >muh evergrande >muh wigger genocide No wonder China cause so much seethe here, every webms posted are in vain. Two more weeks, assholes
