I think end game is for NATO and China to just divide the place up among themselves, and it wouldn't even need to be by national boundaries (although it could be). After Putin inevitably fails his current last stand, he will either die or be replaced by a cucked leader that will turn Russia in to a EU country, China supports this since as part of this formation, they are given favorable resource rights there.

That's how this is going to play out.
