They are planning 100 by the end 2022 but they've been doing that for last 7 years. And no new armatas metarialized.

Another good reason is that they are saving their best and most expensive in case the war escalates, can't afford to lose even one of their armatas or su 57s if they want to have a chance against m1a2s or f-35/f-22s.
