Currently there are only 3 Great Powers I can recognize: China, USA and Russia. France and the UK are merely relics of the old times with virtually no control over their own foreign policy due to NATO and the USA.

I don’t think they have the manpower to really invade or hold anywhere I was talking in terms of projection. The UK has bases on every continent and could probably put boots on the ground almost everywhere if need be. Russia meanwhile doesn’t have any military presence outside the Middle East and Europe. It would be literally impossible for them to attack a South American country for example.
