Looking at the amount of insane opinions your average person spouts on social media has led me to this conclusion. Just look at all the normies spouting off about Ukraine right now. The sheer amount of propaganda and marvel heroism. You didn't need a propaganda office in some fictional authoritarian state to do this to the population. They willingly do it to themselves. People are out there pretending Russia is some evil incarnate and nothing the US has done comes close even though this invasion is laughably tame compared to Iraq and Afghanistan.
People are literally cheering on the killing of Russian non-combatant civilian drivers of fuel trucks, where I was told, between clenched teeth, that killing US truck drivers with IEDs was terrorism. I was told by both sides that the insurgency in Fallujah was the worst kind of terrorism it must be stopped and bombed until there is nothing left of it. But killing any and every Russian in Ukraine is heroism. I was told Americans couldn't be blamed for the wars and nothing could be done, but millions of people are advocating and cheering on the starvation of Russians because "they must suffer to force them to kill their evil leader".
So much atrocity propaganda is milled around online and every time I look into the sources of these stories it's always some seditionist political group branding itself as a human rights organization. Their websites nothing more than alleged tabloids of one and only one country that they are targeting for regime overthrow (Iran, China/Taiwan, North Korea, etc). Holocaust levels of truthful claims; rollercoasters of death. This is shaking my world-view to the core because I realize there is no good and evil, only winners who control what is true. Worse, it's not some centralized evil big brother, but the people themselves in all their stupidity and selfishness.

Ok macaco. Ukraine=very big. Troops don't teleport and this isn't hearts of iron. Everything takes time, troops move, secure an area, and then wait for orders. This is a real organized war with nearly equal equipment on both sides. Strategy is everything in these conditions, clearly the ukrainians aren't giving up so easily, but we also know russia hasn't even come close to a full scale deployment/invasion.
Life isn't call of duty, its actual people out there doing all of this shit. War is a lot slower than what media wants you to believe. At the end of the days its mostly people and vehicles driving around a lot just to take a couple pot shots and then run away.
Also in retrospect, Germany defeated France in 6 weeks and that was considered the pinnacle of mobile warfare (which isn't feasible today)
