It requires the government to keep it pure.

It only works if every voting person has a stake in the future of the country

The foremost experts can't even agree on what consciousness is, or if it is.

Because most people would rather be told what to think than put the effort into thinking for themselves, those people are the majority, so in the end a democracy isn't possible as the majority will simply be told how to vote and they will, they aren't making their decisions themselves
It's unfortunately also why libertarianism would never work, maybe with a very low population there's a chance either could be attempted for real, but even then its doubtful, leaders are rare, most people are literally wired to be led

Therefore democracy is and always will be a jewish tool of D&C like none other. Their main weapon of choice to divide and destroy a country with time.

Seems to be working pretty well for Switzerland, which is the most real democracy in the world

It works on a small scale with a homogenous people where everyone agrees on the foundational values of their society.

There are many things that democracy isn't good, I would like to put two examples:

1.- In 2000 - 2006 here in Mexico we had as president Vicente Fox who was a puppet by the USA, he hate the current president AMLO who run for president for 2006 - 2012. All the people knew that he was going to win, but Fox cheated the elections.

2.- Black American people use to vote Democrat. So in a multicultural country don't work democracy as it supposedly to be.

Ancient greek democracy was more like a wider oligarchy. Modern democracy is just a pozzed kayfabe where goyim argue over the latest presented drama while jews and their golems loot everything.
