Let's once and for all put to rest the idea that Japan is even close to the US or Europe when it comes to liberal ideas.

>Racial issues
Japan is homogenous and some restaurants will literally discriminate against foreigners. Not much more needs to be said.

>Sexual liberalism

Japan scores significantly lower on the sociosexual orientation scale then virtually every country on this list except for South Korea, Zimbabwe, and Bangladesh. The fact that Japan comes pretty close to Bangladesh is shocking given that Bangladesh is a Muslim country.

The sociosexual orientation inventory is supposed to measure people's acceptance of promiscuity and loveless sex. The lowest score you could possibly get is 6, while the highest score you could possibly get is 81. The Japanese on average score 24 whereas Western countries typically score somewhere between 34 and 40 with Finland being the highest at 50.

In other words, Japan is much less tolerant of promiscuity then other countries are. Even Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon, and the Philippines are more promiscuous in mentality then Japan is. Not every country is studied but I think its fair to assume all countries in Europe and Latin America are much more promiscuous.

>Gender roles
Japan and South Korea are surpassed only by Middle Eastern countries, and South Asian countries like Indonesia and India in believing it is "not important for women to have the same rights as men." As well as believing that men should get preferential treatment when jobs are scarce...

More women in Japan want to be housewives and report higher satisfaction being housewives then women from any other developed country.

>LGBT issues

They just legalized same sex marriage just recently. Also, look at related picture in OP.

Basically, to summarize all this information. Japan and South Korea are the most conservative countries in the world outside of the Middle East and some of the Southeast Asian countries. It would be nice if they were even more conservative, but beating all of North and South America as well as all of Europe and even some of Asia is doing pretty well (Africa doesn't count because its a complete shithole, conservative or not conservative).

There is no such thing as transgender. People do not have a gender. People have a sex, and a person's sex cannot be changed.

Japan isnt as liberal as the West, but its not quite a dictatorship or authoritarian

I don't belive for one second that 26% of burgers know a transgender perosn

>in a Discord server
>a lot of friends in there
>friend of friend joins
>they're not bad at all, enjoy chatting with them
>one day they say that they realized they are trans
>see them less and less
>haven't seen them go online in what feels like ages now

I regret not trying to tell them that playing pretend won't make them feel better or at the very least telling them to just be a femboy and not take a bunch of HRT bullshit and fuck up their bodies natural physiology. I've already expressed right wing opinions in there before and the people that did care were very visceral about it even tho I gave valid points for my beliefs and reasoning unlike a lot of retards on here that just go cope and seethe. But if I did speak up then there is a possibility that this person might still be alive so at the end of the day I feel like I made the wrong decision of not trying to convince them just because I didn't feel like hearing people bitch as me for being a bigot.

I believe it, my brother knows a tranny so that means my entire family does.

Um, okay, I never said I disagreed with that.

Only 40% familiar

How are there so many trannies in my country????????????????????????????????????////

>almost everyone in Brazil knows a tranny
What the hell

nice anecdata

Isn't it great that we can live in a country that will cultivate a delusion just so you'll shut the fuck up?

>50%
>almost everyone

Yeah I am admittedly puzzled by the number of trannies in Latin America.

Translation: we got 100 replies and extrapolated it to 210 million people.

U.S. I guarantee in California or cities it's much closer to 50%

The top ones are pretty shocking though

Kind of makes sense, but then again, I've seen other studies claiming a really high number of LGBT people in Brazil. One survey conducted all the way back in 2009 found 10.4% of the men were either gay or bisexual.

EVERY FUCKING ANIME Side-PROTAGONIST IS A TRANNY, HOW COULD THEY NOT KNOW THEM

>Esta pesquisa foi feita em 10 (((capitais))) brasileiras.
wouldn't you say those numbers are close if not worse in america's biggest cities?

You have clearly never seen an anime in your life.
