I’ve come to conclusion with everything I’ve read and looked into that it's unlikely there is any relation between the two. I think eugenic and dysgenic factors impact IQ, this explains why white IQ dropped over the last century. Dysgenic conditions will cause it to decline, so it can be said that a series of coincidences lead to races having diffent IQs on average to others. So technically yes race does likely determine your IQ, but it’s not quite inherent. Racialism was always bigger than IQ in the first place

If you watched the hour long video and go on 14:53-16:57 he actually addresses brain size. There isn't much correlation between brain size and intelligence and if even there was, once you crunch the number it only comes back about 1 iq point of 15 missing between white-blacks.
