Pennsylvania is not too bad if you don't live near Harrisburg, York or Lancaster. Basically stay away from south central PA and you're golden.
Really don't have to worry about natural disasters. They only get a few baby F1 tornados a year, not really affected by hurricanes, or earthquakes, or forest fires, or mudslides, or volcanic eruptions. There's four seasons, and it doesn't ever really get too cold or too hot. The people are generally friendly. Not really any dangerous animals except bear. Don't really encounter that many venomous animals or insects.

Then the boomers, since the Harley factory is in the area you constantly have obnoxious boomers coming to their boomer Mecca on their obnoxiously loud Harleys and zooming up and down side streets at 2am. Plus the entire area is a dumping ground for shitskins. Imagine if PA was a trampoline, and you set a bowling ball in the York, Harrisburg Lancaster area. All the fucking niggers and Puerto Ricans from Baltimore, Philly, NYC and Pittsburg roll down there. Central Pennsylvania is a disgusting shitskin grease trap. There's also no fucking woods, it's all shitty industrial area with nothing to offer but cheap motels, warehouses and factories.
