Yes, sometimes miscegenation can result in good look people. But good looking people are rare regardless if they're mixed race or not.

What we should really be looking at is the scientific studies on miscegenation. There aren't a lot of them because the subject is so taboo, but the ones that were conducted decades ago don't bolster the pro-miscegenation crowd - especially when it comes to mulattoes.

The famous-ish Minnesota transracial adoption study is probably the single most important study on this topic. For decades there was a debate within the academic and scientific community over whether or not the WIDELY OBSERVED IQ gap between White and black Americans was caused primarily by genetic or environmental factors. And so they conducted a study where they placed hundreds of black kids with upper-middle-class White families in Minnesota in order to completely rule out environmental differences between White and black families. These black kids lived in the same houses as White kids, sat at the same dinner tables, sat in the same classrooms, et cetera.

The result? The WIDELY OBSERVED racial IQ gaps still remained at the end of the study. By the time the adopted black kids reached 17, they still had IQs around the black American average in the mid 80s.

But how does that related to miscegenation. In this same study, they also placed dozens of mulatto kids in upper-middle-class White families. And as one would predict if the hereditarian model was correct, they had school GPAs and IQs in-between the racial averages of their biological parents.

And so the science is crystal clear. Miscegenation is having a eugenic effect on blacks by boosting their raw brainpower, but a dysgenic effect on Whites. Miscegenation between Whites and blacks is creating a 92 IQ Brazilian-esque mutt race that isn't capable of maintaining the advanced standards of living that more racially pure White Westerners created.
