Why do modern bums want to be babysat? I was homeless one winter and I assumed no one owed me anything. I did learn some cool skills though like skinning rabbits, and how to shower at truck stops for free. Even had my job still at the time. There is some truth when people say anyone who is homeless choses to be. being homeless and/pr hungry, at worst should be a TEMPORARY situation that easily remedied by ones own merits, skills and willingness to adapt.

I used to live in California at Sacramento the capital last year. The city had tens of thousands of hobos there was litrealy tent cities under bridges. There is help there is services but these people just don't want it they'd rather beg for money then use it to get crack. There so annoying to becouse they ruin the City when you walk around downtown you wanna enjoy your cities architecture it's cathedrals, it's bars, and restaurants but then you see these homeless crackheads always begging and the problem is people keep giving them money which ok only keeps the cycle going.

You're not entitled to a specific type of food, a specific type of home, or a specific quality of medical care in the same way you don't have a right to a specific lawyer.
