What? Ukrainian standard of living is roughly that of Russia. It weathered COVID like a champ, fully recovering industrial production and increasing trade numbers with a minimal imbalance to one of the best points in the last few decades. Real Ukrainian incomes have been growing steadily since the 2014 crisis that was caused by Russian invasion and the war. Nobody had food insecurity before the 24th.
