tbqh it's the Russians who have been proven to be restrained and professional so far when it comes with dealing with their enemy. Its all they really have. The Ukranian army is under direct command of the USA, who knows they cant send any of their or NATO's troops in because that would result in a nuclear event. So they wage economic and informational war - the best they can do is sway world opinion to lower our morale, as well as encourage world business to sever their ties with us, in hopes that domestic strife will cause us to leave & consequently collapse as in WWI.
