Good analysis by indirect information and implication. One only needs look at the Soviet tactics employed to capture Berlin, and ask.... does current Russia have the artillery and aircraft available to employ the same strategy on Kiev, as they did on Berlin in WW2?
If the answer is yes, and they don't, then the implication is an answer in and of itself.
