When you want to superimpose a static image (say, a decal of the russian ukraine) it looks fake as shit when the background image moves: it takes a shitload of work to get your decal to move alongside the camera movements.
So, an amateurish way to dampen this effect is to "anchor" the image: you take a pattern from the video (a small square, few pixels across) and the editing software will crop the rest of the video to make it look like the camera is static.
If you do this, decals become rather seamless.
Now look again: notice the borders on the top and bottom video. The bottom video is "missing" some of the borders.
Also, there's dirt on the camera. The dirt is right above the Z on the top video, but on the bottom? Only where the decal wasn't placed. Because it was placed on top of the camera image.

That's the borders being cut when the image was anchored.
