Should Trump fly to Moscow to negotiate with Putin?

Think of the egg on Biden and the west's faces if Trump flies into Moscow and negotiates an end to the war.

Actual diplomacy can accomplish more than economic terrorism and something like this can remind people that Trump makes deals and gets things done.

He has no power right now other than doing interviews. Him being there would make no difference except for the fact that it'd be used as actual evidence to incriminate him in the future if he decides to run again

I joke to myself about Trump either calling or meeting Putin and trying to de-escalate. The NPCs would lose their shit over that.
However, Trump's requests might not be considered. Trump would want to see Ukraine as part of the EU.
There's too many people who absolutely do not want that. I wouldn't wish EU rule on anyone either.

If that happened it would backfire for the simple reason that its Putin that calls the shots. He would be seen as a russian agent/propagandist.

The moment corporations started grandstanding and politicians calling for assassination the time for negotiation was over. Maybe after they take Ukraine there'll be another chance to negotiate something but not before.
