Because part of Russia's supposed denazification of Ukraine involves denazifying Russia. Russia is about as broken as Ukraine is, and yet Russia wants to have its cake and eat it too. They want Western investment and jobs and the ability to travel to the West without Western liberal values. So there is ZERO consistency in what they say and do.
