Truth is, personal wealth should have a hard cap of 500 millions ( that's arbitrary but you get the point ) and anything earned over that limit should be going towards education, healthcare, transportation, infrastructures
Unfortunately, the same people in charge of the aforementioned sectors are the ones whose wealth is superior to those amounts so never gonna happen

Honestly I am surprised those super rich people don't want to spend money towards it themselves. By investing in infrastructure, transportation, education and better the life around themselves, by extensions they better their own life.
