Also, this video is heavily edited. Some parts of it are intentionally reversed. Reversing human movement makes it look extremely strange, but it's easily noticed when analyzed. I imagine Zelensky likely is tweaking out because he's a drug-using degenerate, but many of these weird movements are the result of reversing the footage and then place it again for half a second. You can tell from the eye movement.
