losing no but are they finding it hard to penetrate Ukraine defenses yes, but then again that's to be expected obviously
iraq
19 days to enter capital
26 days to occupy all the territory
ukraine
9 days
Iraq was literally a monkey person state who got mirtally raped 10 years earlier against a state of the art military
Putin is going to take Kiev and then stalemate the new borders, and then begin peace talks beginning with: "The new Ukraine lines are here, lets talk about it until we're all run out of breath".
Then pretend like nothing happen until the sanctions are lifted. He got his warm water naval port.
Keiv is like 40 miles away from where they launched their attack and they've already lost probably over 1,000 soldiers
He will win the war. There is a slim chance his army will have no place to return to but it is unlikely.
no, they lost 6 gorllion troops
No. It's like a tidal wave, slow but unstoppable. Russia has enough material to throw away and a leader who is willing to do it to get what he wants. That's hard odds to overcome as a peasant/irregular army.
He will ''capture'' the cities for sure. But he won't be able to control them.
I don't know, I'm not even sure there is a war
Russia raped the ukraine military 8 years ago.
He could lose tens of thousands because he's committed hundreds of thousands to the fight and he's not concerned about losing them.
It's hard to fight an irregular force, but when you literally don't give a fuck about loses, you're going to win with shear numbers and force of arms.
they are preparing for airforce to finally come in and level the cities. It's why Zelensky is asking for nofly zone so hard. We will see.
>probably
No, Russian army is of course taking heavy casualties as any army would in a real war. But Ukraine has zero outside help, so they will fall and be absorbed by Russia. Then China after the Olympics and after Russia takes Ukraine will more than likely take back Taiwan
They can't loose the war, but how on earth are they going to maintain presence is beoyond me.
I made a similar joke with a coworker the other day.
both of these numbers are pulled out of your ass
SHIT MAP
iraq was in the other side of the fucking world
>Keiv is like 40 miles away
Shut the fuck up you degenerate mutt. Your entire military is built on the principle of invading nations across the fucking globe every few years so you can not compare "muh distance" when it comes to other nations and their military capabilities.
Fucking Amerimutt niggers are incapable of critical thought.
always has been
These are ukrainians. The guy with the black uniform is from Natsoc division.
I think you underestimate Russia in pacifying people lol they are literally experts at gulags and torture
Our problem with fighting insurgents is we had no idea what to do with them when they werent actively fighting. Wed lock them up for a year or two and they would be back out doing the same shit again. We couldnt touch their dissident support base either.
Russia will disappear and gulag their way to victory.
lose? probably not in the short term.
In the long term they are very fucked tho.
Germans are the most faggot mouthy posters on this board.
Not even fucking true kys
conventional war with ukraine? no way, it's effectively over, it's just a matter of time
resulting economic conflict with the west?
russia alredy lost that, russian economy is not in complete freefall only because russian stock market is semi-pernamently closed
but it cant last for long
What of the guy hanging out of the tank with the orange and black markings? I suspect he is at least russian.
Putin has already lost the Russian military looks like a complete joke now being held back by Ukraine after 9 days. The loses will start to add up back home as well as all the economic sanctions.
This isn't even the hard part where Putin now has to nation build a country that hates him while fighting a counter insurgency. This shit is the Iraq War all over again but a trillion times worse. Good luck I remember how optimistic Paul Bremer was in 2003 also.
No
Don't you have some BBC's to suck with your brown faggot Amerimutt mouth?
Short of USSR tier borders, the population of the country is going to flood out like water through a sieve.
>who's going to tell this guy about moral
The fact that people are debating it would make me lean towards yes
one tank is russian since you can clearly see the V
Yes, since day 1
Russia will just execute insurgents and gulag their supporters and families. We had no idea what to do with insurgents when they werent shooting at us and of course their families were off limits and the support base was off limits.
Russia pacified Chechnya against hardcore muslim jihadists. I dont think the average Ukrainian is as fanatical as a jihadist.
What's the rough number dead each side.
If he doesn't come out of this with a strong W he'd better lube his asshole good, because China will eat up eastern Russia for lunch.
this.
its basically syria on steroids after kiev has fallen
no winners here
The Russian government has already released a statement saying they lost 500 soldiers. Who knows how many are dead scattered across the country side.
>ambush unsuspecting patrol units
>OMFG we did it Reddit! Russia lost!
Are hohols going to face the Russians in battle for once in this """war"""? Where is their fucking army?
if I was russian I would be unimaginably mad right now
russia as a country was sacrificed by globalhomo to cover tracks of big pharma crimes against humanity
Oh man. Those guys' dicks got burned off.
>Putin is going to take Kiev and then stalemate the new borders, and then begin peace talks beginning with: "The new Ukraine lines are here, lets talk about it until we're all run out of breath".
why do you post like putin (or whoever is running russia) is sane?
These people are lunatics. They are hitler with nukes. They want to wipe ukraine off the map.
This is a race war.
one billion on each side.
ignore numbers coming out now they're worthless, both sides are lying as fast as their lips can move.
no
I think they want this though.
You see all the threads on the global food crisis that is going to happen? I think Russia wanted the farmland.
Lots of german flag VPNs and also lot of russians and muslims living there. Everything on this site is smoke and mirrors.
The second dead guy is making the Chad vs. Virgin Chad pose.
Not losing, just breaking all the rules of the art of war for "optics", using pretty much only ground units in a slow meat grinder rather than superior fire power like he should and like the USA definitely would. It's costing his army many casualties.
>Your entire military is built on the principle of invading nations across the fucking globe every few years so you can not compare "muh distance" when it comes to other nations and their military capabilities.
>you can't compare us to you because you prepare and we don't
???
imagine running out fuel from during an invasion launched right from your own border
Yes and no. They lost the war the moment Ukraine decided to fight. Will they eventually force some kind of surrender from ukraine probably taking some land? Yes most likely. Will it have worth the cost in lives, prestige, and diplomatic isolation? Absolutely not.
That is one of he militias
Was it revealed to you in a dream?
You're brainwashed as fuck lol
it's been like 5 days. if we haven't seen zelensky's head separated from his shoulders in a month we can officially consider the russian military a clown show.
>send in all your Slav shit niggers you want to die
>expose the enemy positions, tactics, capabilities
>act weak
>...
We also have no idea of the desertion figures.
The west is making the mistake of thinking that because the Russians are taking so many casualties they're losing. What they don't understand is that Russian commanders simply don't place the same value on the lives of their troops as western militaries do. They view hundreds or thousands of young Russian men as an acceptable sacrifice to achieve victory.
More like he secured the oil under the port.
What I don't understand and what no pro-ukranian poster ever explains - why no footage from the Russian army and results of their fights? If you follow the conflict online it's almost 100% of gore pics/vids comes from Ukrainian side, while nothing from the opposite. If you judge just by that, the obvious conclusion is that of Russia being totally annihilated on the battlefield. But if you look at the actual territorial gains or RU and desperate panicking behavior of Zelensky - quite the opposite is happening.
What is going on here?
Yes, if we take the Ukrainian numbers at face value the russians have lost at least 9,000 or so soldiers. So if we take the average between lies and truth we will get a half-truth, which is basically true, therefore we can safely assume 5,000 russian solders have died.
>Just kidding. Ukraine is arming women, children, and criminals. Pretty sure they're losing.
>one week into invasion
>worlds 2nd largest military cannot encircle a fucking capital city that is literally a stones throw from the border
yeah russia fucked up badly here. They're still likely to at least take kyiv with manpower alone but it isn't gonna come cheap
compare to desert storm when the U.S and friends managed to keep Iraq on the ropes well before day 7. Russia hasn't severed phone lines and internet yet because they still don't have air superiority 100%
literally WW2 tactics
I can't even tell them apart, I know Russian have red arm band but those could be Ukraine.
As an American I agree. Most Americans have limited critical thinking skills. I have to deal with stupid people daily.
Hans you fucking retarded nigger: YOU ARE THE AMERICA OF EUROPE YOU RETARDED FUCKING CUNT.
Everyone fucking hates you and with good reason. You niggers should've been euthanized after ww2.
Watch this: youtu.be
Then watch Putin's speech here (youtube.com
Or just continue to pretend you know what you're talking about.
But those things are the same so now hard metrics count
>Kek
The US was not trying to 'nation build' in Afghanistan or Iraq. The point was to kill all the terrorists and the US did that. Then they left.
If shit's fucked up again they'll return simple as.
Russia however must Nation Build in Ukraine and welp that's over now.
He has already lost.
Chechnya is the size of Vermont. We needed to station 200,000 troops in Iraq only to temporarily pacify it and then fall apart when we left. After 20 years of watching us fail at nation building I can't believe how stupid Putin is for trying to do the same thing especially after watching the failure in Afghanistan live.
kyiv
>projecting
damn putin really hates the VDV
it must be so hard for you, being the only intelligent person in a sea of fools. how do you manage? :(
He is. But also.
>Send in the next wave.
>So if we take the average between lies and truth we will get a half-truth, which is basically true, therefore we can safely assume 5,000 russian solders have died
what about armenia vs azeris? basically all the gore from that was was from the azeri side, and they won pretty handedly
most of russia's offense so far has been bombings and air/naval missions. Considering that photos and videos are often geotagged, it makes sense that russian troops won't be uploading videos because it will give away their positions
for Ukraine it doesn't matter because they are defending, everyone already knows where the Ukrainians are
kek US did not nation build in Iraq, we attracted violent jihadists from all over the globe and fought them in a desert ideal for Superweapons.
You seem like you have a 2D education, probably Russian, perhaps Indian.
Russian soldiers had their phones confiscated. The Ukrainians are only publishing their victories
>shoes still on
Get this man to a hospital!
Before operation begun all phones was confiscated for a time.
Literally doesn't even look real.
Yeah that's why we won in Vietnam.
The ol' r.eddit speculation. Do you actually pay attention to geopolitics or are you getting your info from the bunker troons? Honest question.
hard to say. Too much fog of war and propaganda.
Half the impression that they're losing comes from the fact that everyone somehow expected them to win in 24 hours which is extremely unrealistic.
Plus the russians arent moving their convoy to kiev or using most of their airforce for some reason. So it's really hard to say what's going on there.
