I have a working workaround for RT.
I get 403 on Nightly99 when trying to access RT.com, which worked previously and is where I got this link, by inspecting their player.

Use VLC to watch; open VLC, then Media- Open Network Stream.
Or use Ctrl-V and it will open a box fort this and paste it in for you.
