How much are the people responsible for the actions of the government? We have seen a lot of this rhetoric: "Oh it's not the Russians, it's just Putin that caused this war". But I do not think that's true.
People receive the kind of government they deserve. If they support their state, or don't actively resist it and live in political apathy, they consent to be governed by it. Russians are ultimately to blame for the war, since they did not act to stop it. They could have, they chose not to. All the blood and suffering are on them, the Russian people.

It's not so simple. You have to examine the type of people and the government. For example, after the CIA couped Nicaragua, who do you blame? In the US how do you blame the people after an election was stolen, and after 4 years of the media instigating russia on baseless claims of collusion?

The truth is that God is real and He hands out punishment to sinners constantly. Such rebukes should be a wakeup call but these people have no love for the truth.
