Doubt it, the areas with a large Ukrainian majority or even large Ukrainian minority will be ungovernable. I think Putin will literally carve out a large part of Ukraine and what is left for NATO will be told in no uncertain terms that stationing of nuclear weapons and/or missile shield will mean war.
