She has not received other vaccinations against coronavirus. Individuals vaccinated only once with COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen are now again subject to federal and state infection control laws since the amendment of Section 2(3) of the COVID-19 Protective Measures Exemption Ordinance (SchAusnahmV) and the vaccination recommendation updated in January 2022. They are no longer considered fully vaccinated and are therefore excluded from relief and exemptions from infection control measures. The petitioner considers her rights to have been violated as a result.
