I have a stupid question, Ukraine as we know it has never existed, and that land has been occupied by different foreigners for hundreds of years. How is there any Ukrainian identity or nationalism? Why are they fighting so hard when they've always been Russian?

There is very clearly a large amount of footage detailing destroyed Russian equipment which does in my opinion indicate "serious resistance from Ukraine". For example, there is this website counting the number of lost Russian equipment from pictures posted online, the count is getting decently high already at 580 military vehicles lost by Russia, keep in mind that these are just the ones of which there is an identifiable picture.

You CANNOT cause a criticality event by bombing or breaching reactor cores. You will only make a glorified dirty bomb
