Haha gay Anyways here's the deal. If they launch on subs they will reach the mainland in 10-15 min, which means you'll have 10 or less minutes of warning. You will have no way to get to the eastern shore in that time, much less even get to the bay bridge, even if you had 30 min notice, because the roads will be fucking aids. The only, only indicator you will have is tactical nukes being deployed in Ukraine or other nuclear escalation by Russia besides that. Your better bet is to shelter somewhere underground on campus and just pack a bag full of provisions to keep in your car or dorm, that you can grab and then take to a shelter.
