Combat footage is rarely gonna exist, mostly only bombings and casualties after combat footage/bombings/shelling. People don't just have their phones up during combat or run around with gopros on their helmets.
I swear to god ISIS spoiled the fuck out of people because of how much combat footage they released as a form of propaganda.
If the case is that no-one controls it, it really should be grey rather then controlled. Ukranian irregular + regular forces operate with impunity in these areas, so contested rather then just blank Russian Red would be smart here.

You live like a cockroach in a crowded space with no basic utilities like good air ventilation. Everything belongs to nobody, meaning nobody cares about everything and it slowly turns into a dogshit. The walls are so thin that you basically can hear everything your neghbours do.
During the winter if the buildng wasn't isolated well from deadly frost in northern regions you are getting low temperatures in your rooms. Failure of central heating system during this season means you're going to live "outside" of your home.
During the summer it's often cold in such condos.
All this communal shit is useless and should be leveled to the ground. They are cheap but often inconvenient for a comfortable living.
